Violence caused by video games


Children love to play video games and they have a craze towards it. Lots of video games were available in form of DVDs. Play stations were also released under different versions to attract the players. A study conducted the University of Michigan had revealed that the violent video games and movies desensitize people to the sufferings and pain others. Hence awareness has to be created among the children about the danger behind video games.

Five Actions


Ayurveda contains many purification therapies and Panchkarma is one among them which means five actions. It refers to the five systematic actions involving in the purification of body. This is done to balance the aggravated doshas and to flush out the toxins through the intestine, sweat glands and urinary tract. Due to dosha imbalance sometimes these waste may stick into minute body channels and then begin to produce diseases. Panchkarma is an essential way to cleanse the body to eliminate those toxins.

Day Close To


In terms of Sanskrit, Dinacharya can be split into Din and acharya. Din refers to day and acharya refers to follow. Dinacharya deals with the nature’s master cycle and suggests the measures to follow. If you want become optimally healthy, it is necessary to tune your body towards nature’s master cycle which consecutively regulates the various rhythms of our body. Everyday two times the human body will experience the cyclic change of Vata, Pitta, and a Kapha.

Basis of Ayurveda


The foundation of Ayurveda is based on the concept of Doshas. The doshas were also called as biological humors. The psycho-biological aspect of the human body is managed on the basis of doshas. Vata, Pitta and Kapha are the three doshas and they are commonly called as Tridosha. Five elements combine to form the doshas. They are said to be PanchMahabhut.
